Option 3: GolfPod, Revised Course Masterplan & Off-Course Facility Improvements
Option 3 builds on the improvements outlined in Option 2 by not only introducing GolfPod and enhancing the golf course but also delivers in improved off-course experience through improved connectivity between the existing Golf Clubhouse and Stables buildings.
This approach strengthens Belleisle’s role as both a golfing destination and a community hub.
- Golf Course Enhancements – Investment in irrigation, bunkering and drainage to ensure a high-quality, year-round playing environment to retain the heritage of the course whilst meeting modern playing standards.
- Improved Health & Safety – A number of internal and external health and safety issues will be addressed through necessary hole adjustments. Find out more here.

Enhanced Practice Facilities – An 9-bay covered GolfPod facility located at the rear of the existing ‘Seafield’ car park, offering a modern practice space for all abilities.
- Clubhouse & Stables Development – A redesigned clubhouse and stables to create a vibrant, welcoming environment for all. The upgraded facilities would generate additional income through increased capacity, and improved food and beverage services, while also introducing indoor golf simulators to attract new audiences and extend year-round activity.
